Today we’re celebrating the man, the myth, the legend, and co-owner of Barrio — Paco! 🎉🍔 Happy 35th Birthday!

A huge birthday shoutout to one of the hardest-working guys out there. Paco is the man behind the scenes making sure our operations are on point, connecting with people, getting the trailer where it needs to be, and making sure we’re out here smashing burgers! 💪🏽🔥

But beyond Barrio, he’s an amazing father, husband, friend, and business partner.

And of course, even on his birthday he’s still working 😂 Paco will be at his @barrigonmix13 pop-up in the Square serving up his delicious micheladas today! 🍻🌶️
